1. What is the Shopping Gift mentioned in the Outlet Shopping Tour and precinct Shopping Tour?
   The gift changes - it may be a shopping bag, pen, shopping list...

2. How far in advance do I have to book a tour?
   We recommend that you book as soon as you know the date that you'd like to join us as our 
   tours do sell out.
   Subject to availability you may be able to still book a seat the day before though.

3. What can My Husband Do while I'm Shopping?
   Some men like to join our shopping tours (and are welcomed) but if not check out our 
   'For The Boys' page.

4. Our tour are called Shopping & Champas and Bargains & Bubbles - I don't like champagne!
   No problem - you may prefer soft drink, beer or water.

5. I have dietary restrictions - will I be catered for?
   Please advise us of your needs upon booking so we can ensure that the cafe/restaurant is able 
   to assist.

6. If I really want to buy a particular item will you take me to that store?
   Unless you are booking a private tour we cannot guarantee it as it may not suit the group 
   itinerary, however our shopping hosts (Shopoholics) are flexible and we will definitely attempt 
   to help to assist with your requirements.

7. Do you offer a shopping tour in the city?
   No, we recommend a walking tour through the Lanes & Arcades of the Melbourne as this is the 
   best way to find the boutiques and hidden secrets.

8. Will I be on a huge bus?
   We try to keep our group sizes between 6-20 people unless you are in a private Group and 
   request a larger bus.

9. What if I want to shop with a group of friends?
   Please see our Private rates or ask us for something specific. Otherwise a group is 
   welcome to join our public tour.
